Nasrullah son of Mamo Jat is complainant of ID Complaint No.07/2025. Learned
trial Court has dismissed the said complaint vide order dated 10.09.2025,
thereafter, he has preferred this criminal revision application and notices
were issued to the private respondents/accused. During pendency of instant
criminal revision application, respondents 1 to 7 have filed their undertaking/
affidavit, which reveal that they are ready to handover the peaceful vacant
possession of the subject land/property to the applicant and shall not obstruct
or block the way of the applicant in any manner. In view of such
undertaking/affidavit, learned counsel for applicant does not press this criminal
revision application, which is accordingly dismissed, along with pending
application(s).
