Mr.

a/w applicant
------------------------------------
Applicant/accused
Pervaiz Akhtar Khan son
of Ali Sher Khan seeks protective bail in FIR No.24/2025,
registered at P.S. Lodhra, District Shikarpur, for offence under sections 324, 109, 34, PPC.
Learned
counsel for applicant submits that applicant is innocent and he has been
falsely implicated in this case due to mala fide intentions and ulterior
motive; that complainant of this case has also registered two other FIRs
bearing No.874 and 924 of 2024 at P.S. Defence, Karachi against the applicant
in which he has been admitted to interim pre-arrest bail; that he is a law
abiding citizen and intends to surrender before the concerned Court but he
apprehends his arrest at the hands of local police, hence he needs protection
in order to enable him to appear before the concerned Court.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicant/accused above named, for a period of seven (7) days from today, subject to his furnishing solvent surety
in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court in the aforesaid
period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect
after expiry of seven days from today or whenever the applicant surrenders
before the concerned Court, which one occurs earlier. The applicant is
cautioned that this concession of protective bail will not be extended for any
reason whatsoever and if he fails to surrender himself before the relevant
Court during validity of this protective bail, his bail bond shall stand
forfeited.
Criminal
Bail Application No.366 of 2026 stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
