Applicants/accused
Mst. Rida Kanwal and Mst. Shaista Arshi are present on
interim pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for applicants, along with his
statement, has filed copy of order dated 21.01.2026, passed by learned Civil
Judge & Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Karachi South, in Criminal Case
No.466/2026, arising out of FIR No.809/2025 for offence under Section 489-F, PC
of P.S. Defence, Karachi, whereby the applicants/accused were acquitted of the
charge by way of compromise. In view of such position, learned counsel for
applicants does not press the instant criminal bail application, which is
accordingly dismissed.
