Official present have submitted comments according to which the dispute is present between the petitioner and his family members. No one has effected appearance on part of the private respondents. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the genuine grievances in respect of conduct of some of the officials were present whereas the higher police officials present before the Court states that in case any application of any overt act in violation of law conducted by the officials is filed same shall be entertained in accordance with the police rules after inquiry. It is also stated on part of the officials present that earlier the provisions of maintenance of peace were not being entertained and as such could not be so pursued. Without making any comments to such an exercise and directing the officials to approach the concerned officials, in case of problems faced no further orders are found required. As learned AAG has made a statement that no harassment has and shall be caused matter stands disposed of directing that the parties should be treated strictly in accordance with law and without any harassment which basically means acts outside the ambit of law which is to be complied with by private persons as well the officials.

With the above observations matter stands disposed of.
