          Though learned counsel has filed statement alongwith certified copies of the civil proceedings the same are devoid of the undertaking as given to this Court at the time of securing interim order to offering security in order to seek interim order. Apparently, the applicants have violated the undertaking given to obtain the interim orders but as the Misc. Applications on instructions are required to be disposed of as not pressed, no further orders are found required to be passed while recalling the interim order dated 26.08.2024. Both the matters stand disposed of.
