          No one present for the petitioner, however, learned AAG files statement on behalf of respondents No.3 and 4 official and states that statement of the petitioner has since been recorded the official present states that report shall be filed with the concerned Magistrate and order therein shall be acquired within 3/4 days. Apparently, the said statement serve the purpose of petition as such irrespective to the non-presence prima facie the purpose stands served. Matter stands disposed of accordingly.
