Statement of the petitioner has been recorded wherein she has reiterated the contents already brought on record as to her exercise of free will. Learned counsel who has filed the Vakalatnama however, states that as per the record brought forward the marriage is not liable to be sustained on account of the petitioner No.1 being a minor. As the petitioner is before us we are not so inclined towards entertaining such a, however, we would also not like to pass any comments which may prejudice the case of any party, irrespective to the apparent appearance of the petitioner being available before us as we intend to leave the parties free to exercise their available remedies in accordance with law. However, at this stage it is considered proper that petitioners be provided protection from any arrest without the existence of a Judicial Order and no further orders is found. I.O, present states that the orders on the final report shall be acquired from the concerned Magistrate within 2/3 days. Learned counsel for the petitioners on account of statement of the I.O, requires the petition to be disposed with only directions of providing protection to the petitioners. Ordered accordingly. Let the petitioners be provided protection in accordance with law alongwith the restraint as above.
