Detainee has been brought who is reiterated again statement made on the earlier date however, the mother of the detainee present in Court states that the going away of the detainee Mst. Asiya shall be a violation as Nikah over Nikah is being conducted. The detainee however, present in Court states that she has not entered into Nikah earlier as alleged and considers herself to be the wife of Sameer Ali as he is the only one she has conducted Nikah. In the said circumstances, the detainee is allowed to go alongwith the applicant. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General present in Court is directed to provide the applicant and detainee protections till the reaching of the place of their destination. Application stands disposed of, however, the parties are free to indulge into proceeding as available to them in accordance with law, if so instructed.
