In response to the show-cause has been submitted show-cause as such stands withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the bail for some length eventually contended that he will be satisfied if the bail application is disposed of with directions of conclusion the trial within a reasonable period of time. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General states that apparently 03 material witnesses are required to be examined. Accordingly, let the learned trial Court make a sincere attempt to conclude the matter of evidence within a period of two (02) months’ and in case the same is not complied with report be submitted. The applicant shall be entitled to file fresh bail application as per any legal grounds available to him.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
