I.O, present states that the matter was given to him for re-investigation wherein despite attempts no recovery of the body could be made. Learned DPG however, contends that Section 201 PPC whereby the disappearance of evidence is also an allegation against the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant however, after arguing the bail for some length eventually contended that he will be satisfied if the bail application is disposed of with directions of conclusion the trial within a reasonable period of time. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General states that apparently some material witnesses are required to be examined. Accordingly, let the learned trial Court make a sincere attempt to conclude the matter of evidence within a period of three (03) months’ and in case the same is not complied with report be submitted. The applicant shall be entitled to file fresh bail application as per any legal grounds available to him.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
