Medical report in compliance to the earlier order as referred has been perused and learned counsel for applicant has also gone through the same. Having gone through the same learned counsel required his bail application to be disposed of with directions to conclude the matter within a reasonable time. Learned counsel for complainant as well as learned Additional Prosecutor General state that apparently 14 witnesses are required to be examined. Accordingly, let the learned trial Court make a sincere attempt to conclude the matter of evidence within a period of two (02) months’ and in case the same is not complied with report be submitted. The applicant shall be entitled to file fresh bail application as per any legal grounds available to him.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
