Applicants Nazar Ali and Safdar Ali in Crl. Bail
Application No.S-276 of 2024 present in person and after arguing the bail for
some length contended that they will be satisfied if the bail application is
disposed of with directions of conclusion the trial within a reasonable period
of time. Learned counsel for complainant as well as learned Additional
Prosecutor General state that some four of the witnesses being material
may be required to be examined. Accordingly, let the learned
trial Court make a sincere attempt to conclude the matter of evidence within a
period of two(02) months’ and in case the same is not complied with report be submitted. Accordingly, the interim order dated 08.05.2024
stands recalled and the application stands
dismissed. Applicants are directed to surrender themselves before the trial
Court and face the trial. Since, the connected bail application No.S-276 of
2024 stands dismissed however, the Crl. Bail Application No.S-448 of 2024 also
dismissed with same directions, however, the applicants shall be entitled to
file fresh bail applications as per any legal grounds available to them.
Both Crl. Bail applications stand disposed of in the above
terms.
