Mr. Achar Khan Gabole, advocate files power on behalf of complainant, however, learned counsel for the applicant states that in case the suitable directions is issued in the bail application to the learned trial for conclusion of the trial, bail application may be disposed of as not pressed reserving his right to seek bail on the available grounds in accordance with law. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General states although number of witnesses are present perhaps 7 to 8 witnesses may be required for some result to come out. Accordingly, bail application stands disposed of however, learned trial Court is expected to make a sincere attempt to conclude the trial or at least to examine the major witnesses within a period of three(03) months’.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
