Learned counsel for the applicant files statement alongwith certified copies of depositions acquired in the matter.

Learned counsel for the applicant after some arguments contending that the applicant is behind bars since 2024 and almost all the witnesses have been already examined required the bail application to be disposed of as apparently only complainant is left to be examined who is avoiding appearance before the trial Court as well as before this Court. Accordingly, learned trial Court is directed to make a sincere attempt to conclude the evidence of atleast the important and material witnesses within a period of one(01) month. Applicant, however, is free to exercise his available options of seeking bail on the basis of available record in the present matter in accordance with law.

Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
