          Reports submitted on the part of the officials bringing forward the whereabouts of the alleged abductee, namely, Sabir Hussain alongwith the FIR lodged in the matter. Learned counsel for petitioner, however, severely opposes the same and require this Court to take cognizance on the allegation that the alleged abductee was available with the officials and injuries caused to him thereafter during the illegal detention as proverbial ‘half fry’, however, this being a Constitution Petition while leaving the parties to exercise their available remedies in accordance with law as the whereabouts have come-up, this petition stands disposed of having served its said purpose to that extent.
