                   Through this appeal, the appellant Ghulam Sarwar has impugned the Judgment dated 28.02.2020 passed by learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Sukkur whereby he was convicted for offence punishable under Section U/s 24 of Sindh Arms Act, 2013 arising out of Crime No.40/2018 registered at Police Station, Airport and sentenced him to suffer R.I for two years and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-, and in case of default thereof, he shall suffer Imprisonment for 15 days. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the appellant.

 

                   The appeal being statutory right of the appellant is admitted for regular hearing.
