Learned counsel required matter to be heard wherein learned Deputy Prosecutor General present in the Court was pleased enough to waive the notice and accordingly matter was considered.

Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter for some length required the same to be disposed of as not pressed and satisfied in case opportunity is providing for filing an application for security and safe-custody of the vehicle by the trial Court itself alongwith the opportunity to avail his remedies of acquiring possession of the vehicle at the conclusion of the trial in accordance with law. With the above opportunities being provided, this matter stands disposed of accordingly.
