Urgency allowed, however, as the matter is being heard office objections are not required to be considered. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter at some length required this Crl. Misc. Application to be disposed of as not pressed reserving his right to file appropriate proceedings of Civil and Criminal nature including Direct Complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C and to obtain orders in accordance with law. Learned Deputy Prosecutor General present in the Court in other matter was pleased to record his no objection to the same. Accordingly, the Crl. Misc. Application stands disposed in the above terms alongwith listed applications.
