Learned counsel for applicant files statement alongwith copies referred therein provides copy thereof to other side. Learned counsel after arguing the matter at some length required that this revision application be disposed of reserving his rights for the compliance of order as passed in C.P No.D-1406/98 by way to approach to the Revenue authorities. Other learned counsels do not oppose the same. As the said element still requires compliance perhaps the Civil proceedings in the matter as made out were never available however and nevertheless the directions being still available the present revision application stands disposed of in the above terms and as such for compliance of the order referred above these proceedings shall not come in the way of present applicant. Revision stands disposed of.
