O R D E R

Complainant Abdul Sattar Phulpoto present submits an affidavit extending his no objection to grant of bail on the pretext of compromise that has been promised to him to be got effected between the parties. Learned Additional Prosecutor General on the main offence of being compoundable in nature does not oppose the same.

Accordingly, bail application stands allowed without going into the merits of the case. The applicant Israf son of Mehar Ali Phulpoto is admitted to post-arrest bail in Crime No.96/2025 registered at Police Station Shaheed Murtaza Meerani Khairpur u/s 324, 334, 337-R, 337H(2), 147, 148 149 PPC, subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court.

Bail application stands disposed of.
