Mr. Liaqat Ali Maitlo, Advocate files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3. He also submits copies of MLO as referred to in the complaint filed before the learned Justice of Peace.-

After having heard learned counsels for parties and finding the matter requiring to consider as to whether this incident or version thereof coming-up from the parties is required and material present showing a matter of incident. It is ordered that the order as passed by learned Justice of Peace is not disturbed however, it is further to be observed that no arrest in the matter shall take place without the I.O. having the required material and circumstances required therein. It is also ordered that the matter of incident or version shall also be considered by the I.O. in the matter alongwith material provided by the parties for submission of final report or challan as the case may be.

With the above observation matter stands disposed of.
