O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Application is directed against the order dated 13.08.2021 passed in Crl. Misc. application No.10/2021, whereby the learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushehro Feroze dismissed the application filed by the applicant under section 540 Cr.P.C for seizing the truck bearing registration No.SBA-206 from the possession of respondent No.6, on the ground that applicant is not the owner of the said truck.

2. Brief facts of the case are that the applicant/complainant filed a direct complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C alleging therein that accused/respondents kidnapped his two brothers and took away said truck and demanded ransom amount from applicant party.

3. Learned Counsel for applicant contends that the impugned order is against the law and equity and learned Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court has not applied its judicious mind while dismissing the application. He further submits that applicant is owner of the Truck and he prays for allowing the application.

4. The applicant has not produced any valid documents to show him as owner of the Truck. As such, the applicant has failed to point out any illegality or material irregularity in passing impugned order requiring interference by this Court. Consequently, instant revision application being devoid of any legal merit is dismissed in limine along with listed applications.
