1.       Urgency allowed.

 

2.       As to office objection No.1 learned counsel requires the present bail application to be entertained as protective bail and requiring suspension of NBWs so that he can appear before the Court of Sessions Judge Khanpur in the referred bail application. Said objection accordingly stand overruled for the time being subject to all just exceptions.

 

3.       Granted, subject to all just exceptions.

 

4.       Learned counsel for the applicant alongwith the above further states that the complainant in this matter is an advocate who is quite influential before the learned trial Court and as such the present applicant is restricted from entering the Court and on account of such environment be faced in the pre-arrest bail application which was though entertained eventually NBWs have been issued and in this regard he has referred to the diary dated 29.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant was called upon as to any approach made to the learned Sessions Judge in respect to the contention of inability of entering the Court he frankly concedes that such was not made however, in case NBWs as referred above is suspended and protection be available he will be seeking the same.

Accordingly, present bail application is treated as protective bail against the surety of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court and PR bond in the like amount. The applicant Manzoor Ahmed Bhutto is granted protective bail in Crime No. 204/2025 Police Station Thari Mirwah u/s 302, 114, 147, 148 & 149 PPC for a period of Seven(07) days commencing from today and seek redressal in accordance with law. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of said period or on appearance of applicant before concerned Court, whichever is earlier. In case, applicant fails to surrender before the concerned Court within stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited. For the said time of Seven days the NBWs are suspended

 

          Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
