Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing the matter at some length required that this Crl. Misc. Application to be disposed of reserving his rights to file a Criminal complaint u/s 200 Cr.P.C, before concerned Court of law as per the grievances of the applicant wherein the cancellation of the FIR may not come in his way. Although no specific direction is required as the law in this regard is clear by itself not restricting a complainant to readdress the grievance u/s 200 Cr.P.C. irrespectively.

The above Crl. Misc. Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
