Comments called from the learned District Judge are available according to which the trial Court is vacant. Both the learned counsel for private parties require that the Sessions Case No.66/2024 be sent to Additional Sessions Judge, Ubauro as another connected matter is already being conducted therein and it will be for the convenient. Learned Additional Prosecutor General present does not oppose the request. Accordingly, it is ordered that the present Sessions Case No.66 of 2024 pending before IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Ghotki be transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ubauro for proceeding in accordance with law.
