          Mr. Kamaluddin Advocate referring to the various documents he has filed on behalf of Respondents submits that since the Petitioner has not fulfilled the various pre-requisites for appearing in the exams and also violated the various rules and regulations, his admission has rightly been cancelled. However, he concedes to the proposal that the matter of the Petitioner shall be examined again after issuing him a show cause notice, and providing him opportunity for hearing. Such show cause notice shall be issued within 15 days from today and notice for hearing shall be sent to him thereafter, through registered Post A.D as well as Courier Service, on the Petitioner’s present address i.e Dr. Imdadullah S/o Dhani Bux Memon, resident of Room No.48 Old Doctors Hostel near Lal Batti, Liaquat University Hospital, Hyderabad.

          It may be noted that the show cause notice shall mainly be based on the Respondents’ letter dated 13^th September 2007 (Annexure-II to the Parawise Comments filed on behalf of Respondents on 08.04.2010.

          The petition along with pending application(s) stands disposed of in the foregoing terms
