          Through this petition the Petitioner has complained of discrimination inasmuch as, according to the Petitioner, she was entitled to be reinstated in terms of President Promulgates Sacked Employees (Reinstatement) Ordinance-2009.

          Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the Review Board constituted U/s 5 of the aforesaid ordinance and the matter is not being decided.

          We would therefore, direct the Review Board to decide the matter of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not more than thirty days from today.

          The petition stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
