          The Petitioner, who is serving in BPS-7 with Respondent No.2, has prayed for release of his salaries for the period from May 2007 till date.

          Mr. Ansari on behalf of Respondents submits that the Respondents No.3 & 4 have admitted the claim of the Petitioner and further submitted that the Petitioner’s claim for payment of his salary is reasonable.

          In the circumstances, we allow the petition with direction to the official Respondents to pay to the Petitioner the amount of his due and lawful salaries after due verification within 15 days from today.

          The listed application also stands disposed of.
