                        Learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh has filed comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 & 2, which are taken on record.

                        In the comments, filed by Respondents No.1 & 2 they have clearly undertaken that as and when the Petitioner will approach for lodging any complaint, they will entertain and record her statement and register the case, if any cognizable offence is made. The Respondent No.4 also present and states that he never harassed the Petitioner and also admits that by competent Court of law “Khula” has already been granted to the petitioner and they are no more husband and wife. Respondent No.4 also undertakes that he will not harass or tease the Petitioner in future and if any such complaint is received, the Petitioner may lodge appropriate complaint against him, in the concerned Police Station.

                        The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
