                        Learned Counsel for Respondents No.2 to 6 undertakes to restore the gas connection as prayed by the Petitioner, subject to the Petitioner providing and fixing the necessary gas appliances along with their fitting.

                        Mr. Ghulam Qadir, Assistant Manager, HESCO submits a statement and supplies a copy thereof, which enlist certain requirements to be met by the Petitioner. The Petitioner shall fulfill such requirement and soon thereafter the Petitioner shall be provided fresh electricity connection/new meter without any delay.

                        The petition is disposed of in the foregoing terms.
