Through this petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to Respondents No.1 to 3 (Revenue Officials) to issue sale certificate of his land as disclosed in the memo of petition.

Learned Assistant A. G, Sindh, submits that recently, the Senior Member Board of Revenue, Sindh, through Notification No.DD(E&I)/HQ/BOR/ 2024/302, dated 21.10.2024 has established a "Public Grievances Redressal Cell" under the aegis of the concerned Deputy Commissioner across Sindh. This cell is mandated to address public grievances pertaining to revenue matters, including mutation entries, sale certificates, foti-khata-badal, demarcation of land, land partition, and solvency certificates. The establishment of this cell provides an alternate, effective, and exhaustive remedy for redressal of complaints related to revenue issues.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of along with listed applications, leaving it open for the Petitioner to avail the remedy delineated by the “Public Grievances Redressal Cell" as prescribed by the Notification; however, the Redressal Cell Committee is directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within period of one month after receipt of this order.
