                        By consent the present petition is disposed of, with the direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to hold inquiry into the allegations of the Petitioner against the police officers, that they are mixed up with accused Falak Naz, Abdul Rasheed and Humayoon Khan and in fact, Respondent No.5 had arrested accused Falak Naz on 16-02-2010, but neither he effected such entry in the record of Police Station, nor he produced Falak Naz before any Court, and on 19-02-2010 released the accused illegally and with malafide intention, and further that it is, on account of the officers being mixed up with the accused persons that they are avoiding to recover the stolen Truck. The inquiry shall be conducted and concluded preferably within one month from today.
