                        By consent the present petition is disposed of, with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek his appropriate remedy against the order passed by Family Judge, in Execution Application No.44/2006 (Old No.24/2005) if so advised, and in deciding such proceedings the learned Court, before whom the proposed remedy, if any, shall be availed, shall for the purpose of limitation take into consideration the time during which the present petition remained pending i.e. the period from 22-11-2007 till date.

                        The petition stands disposed of along with pending applications.
