4 & 5. Through this petition, the Petitioner has sought following reliefs:-
a) This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 not to issue any license/permit for opening the wine-shop No.19 and 20 at City View Apartment, Latifabad No.7, Hyderabad in any form or manifestation;
b) Restrain the Respondents No.2 to 5 not to harass and pressurize the Petitioners for opening the wine shop by themselves or through their agents, servants, subordinates, agency, police etc in any manner whatsoever;
c) Costs.
d) Any other relief;
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in response to a notice published on behalf of Excise and Taxation Department (Annexure A) to the petition, the Petitioner has filed his objections to the issuance of license/permit to the Respondent No.1 for opening a wine shop in Shops No.19 and 20 City View Apartment Unit No.7 Latifabad, Hyderabad, however, no action has been taken thereon. The Respondent No.2 is, therefore, directed to decide the objections filed by the Petitioner if any, after providing him an opportunity of hearing, within 15 days from today and proceed with the matter strictly in accordance with law.
The petition stands disposed of in the foregoing terms. Let the copy of this order be sent to Respondent No.2 for compliance.
