                        The learned Additional Advocate General, Sindh has filed comments on behalf of Respondents No.1 to 3, which are taken record.

                        The official Respondents present in Court have clearly stated that neither they have harassed the Petitioner or her husband nor they will harass them in future. They will purely act in accordance with law. The Respondent No.5 Mushtaque Ahmed is also present in Court. He is father of the Petitioner states that he has no objection to the marriage of her daughter and he is happy. He further undertakes that he will not extend any threat to the Petitioner nor harass her or her husband. At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner shown his apprehension that inspite of this order, there is likelihood that the Respondent No.5 to 14 will again cause harassment to the Petitioner. The Respondents No.1 to 4 are directed to record the statement of the Petitioner and if any cognizable case is made out they will register her complaint against the persons causing harassment and extending threats to her and her husband and will act in accordance with law.

                        The petition is disposed of accordingly.
