                        SIP Syed Fakhuruddin Shah, SIO P.S Arija Pherho   files  statement  which is taken on record.   The petitioner states that  investigation police of P.S Arija  has  mixed up with the accused  and spoiled  his case,   resultantly  the accused were granted bail by the Court.  He states that re-investigation of the case may be conducted through honest police officer.   While exercising inherent powers  of this Court, Mr.Ameer Abdullah Niazi, ASP Sadar Larkana is directed to re-investigate the Crime No.29 of 2009 of P.S Arija Pherho  and submit his compliance report within two week. 

                        With the above observation, this constitutional petition is disposed of.
