                   Respondent No.1 has filed his statement, in which he stated that if the applicant will appear before him, he will act according to the rules of Anticorruption Establishment.  After going through such statement, learned Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and prays that this petition be disposed of in view of above statement.  The petitioner is directed to approach the respondent No.1 and make an application and respondent No.1 will act according to law and the prescribed rules. 

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
