                     Respondents No.2 to 5 have filed their respective comments/reports, which are hereby taken on record. Mrs. Reshman Zangejo, Advocate, has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.7, which is also taken on record.

                     Respondent No.7 is present in person and submits that she is residing happily with her husband. She further states that she had given an amount of Rs.500,000/- to her mother (the petitioner), and upon her demand for the return of the said amount, the instant petition has been filed by the petitioner.

                     Today, neither the petitioner nor her counsel is in attendance, nor has any intimation been received. This conduct indicates that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
