The learned counsel for the plaintiff still insists that there were negotiations and draft of compromise was exchanged between the parties. He has also placed on record a letter of Civil Aviation Authority forwarding few terms for compromise. He has filed CMA No.2638/2010 for implementation of compromise terms.

Mr. Mustafa Lakhani, learned counsel for the defendants waives notice and copy has been supplied to him. Mr. Lakhani also states that matter is very old, therefore a short date may be given. Only one week’s time is granted to the plaintiff to either get the matter compromised or argue it on merits. Mr. Lakhani may file objections, if any, to the application. By consent adjourned to 8.4.2010 at 11:00 a.m on which date both the parties will inform the outcome of the compromise if any or will argue the matter on merits.
