The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the petition is disposed of with the directions to Union Council Sonwalhar to consider the case of the petitioner, to examine the documents submitted by the petitioner in favour of his claim and if the same are found to be authentic and having been lawfully issued, they shall redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law. This exercise will be completed by the authority within one month.
