          After arguing the matter at great length and while we were dictating order, the learned Counsel for Petitioner requests that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition. Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, the learned Additional Advocate General Sindh, has no objection to such request.

          The petition along with the pending applications is therefore dismissed as withdrawn.  The Petitioner may however, participate in the proposed inquiry before the Member (L.U), Board of Revenue Sindh.
