Applicants Mehmood Ali, Ahmed, Abdullah and Mahir are present in person in Court, having been produced from Jail, on production order of this Court.

                        This bail application has been filed by the applicants Mehmood Ali, Ahmed, Abdullah and Masir, from Jail. The learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu has submitted his report on 11-02-2010, whereby it revealed that two Sessions Cases No.489/2008 and 490/2008 are pending adjudication against the applicants in his Court and both cases are fixed for evidence. During course of hearing, all the applicants present in Court have shown their agreement that they will be satisfied if directions are issued to the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu to expedite the matter and conclude the trial, within a period of two months positively.  Learned D.P.G, Sindh also conceded to the request of the applicants. The Learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the trial within a period of two months positively with compliance report to this Court. No unnecessarily adjournments will be granted to the prosecution. However, the applicants are at liberty to move bail applications in the trial Court, if so advised.

                        The bail application is disposed of accordingly. 

                        Let record and proceedings be sent back within 02 days.
