                        This bail application has been filed by the applicant from Jail. During course of hearing, the applicant who is present in person, states that he will be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial in his case within a period of two months without any delay. Learned D.P.G, Sindh concedes to his request. The learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu has sent his comments in this bail application and informed the Court that charge has already been framed in this case. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the matter and conclude the trial within a period of two months positively with compliance report to this Court. No unnecessarily adjournments will be granted to the prosecution. However, the applicant is at liberty to move bail application in the trial Court, if so advised.

                        The bail application is disposed of accordingly.

                        Let record and proceedings be sent back within 02 days.
