seeks post arrest bail in FIR No.120/2023, registered at P.S. PIB Colony,
Karachi for offence under sections 394, 397, 302, PPC after rejection of his
bail plea by learned trial Court vide order dated 15.02.2025.
Learned
counsel for applicant, after arguing the matter at some length, does not press
this criminal bail application and seeks direction to the trial Court to decide
the case of the applicant preferably within a period of six months. Learned
Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no objection on such proposal.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed on merits.
However, learned trial Court is directed to decide the case of the applicant
preferably within a period of six months.
