Ameer Bux Wassan son of Shabhar Khan
and Rano Khan son of Ameer
Bux seek protective bail in FIR No.38/2025, registered
at P.S. Rani Pur, District Khairpur
Mir’s, for offence under Sections 302, 337H(ii), 34, PPC. Learned counsel for
applicants submits that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely
implicated in this case for mala fide intentions and ulterior motives; that
they are law abiding citizens and intend to surrender before learned trial
Court concerned but they apprehend arrest at the hands of local police in order
to humiliate and disgrace them, hence they need some protection.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to
applicants/accused above named, for a period of five (5) days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent
surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before
the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the
investigation/trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after
expiry of five days from today or whenever applicants surrender before the
trial Court concerned, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case,
applicants/accused fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period, their bail bond shall stand automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
