Learned
counsel for applicant, after arguing the instant bail application at some
length, does not press the same on merits and seeks direction to the trial
Court to decide the case of the applicant preferably within a period two
months. Learned Additional
Prosecutor General Sindh as well as counsel for complainant have
recorded no objection for issuance of such directions.
In
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed on merits,
however, with direction to the learned trial Court to decide the case of the
applicant/accused preferably within a period of two months.
