The report was called from learned trial court and it has been informed that the accused Noorudin, Sajid and Nisar, nominated in the FIR No. 98/2024, Sessions Case No. 360/2024 (Re: State vs. Nooruddin Baloch and others) have been acquitted of the charge vide judgment dated 14.02.2025. The purpose of this bail application stands served, therefore, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
