            Through this petition, petitioner has claimed following relief(s):

a.         That this Honourable Court may be pleased to call the official respondents No.1 to 2 and restrain them not to cause any undue harassment to the petitioner at the instance of the private respondents No.4 & 5 and to act in accordance with law.

b.         That this Honourable Court may be pleased to call the official respondents No1 to 3 and direct them to provide all the legal and constitutional protection to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members and save them from any unjustified harassment at the hands of the private respondents No.4 & 5.

c.         That this Honourable Court may be pleased to call the official respondents No.1 to 3 and direct them not to register any false criminal cases against the petitioner and his family members at the instance of private respondents.

            Respondent No.3, S.S.P.Kamber-Shahadadkot in his reply has submitted that Petitioner has not approached him for redressal of his grievance and undertakes to provide protection to Petitioner.

            Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the official respondents to ensure that no harm is caused to the Petitioner and he is provided protection as and when required strictly in accordance with law.
