Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the lists of witnesses and documents have already been filed and requests that for the purpose of recording evidence Mr.Justice (Retd.) Muhammad Sadiq Laghari may be appointed Commissioner.
Learned counsel for the defendant No.1 has no objection.
By consent Mr. Justice (Retd.) Muhammad Sadiq Laghari is appointed as Commissioner to record the evidence of the parties. The parties may file their respective affidavit-in-evidence before the learned Commissioner and will get the right of cross-examination. The tentative fee of the learned Commissioner for recording evidence will be Rs.20,000/- to be paid by the party whose witness is to be examined. Tentatively, six months time is allowed to the learned Commissioner to conclude the evidence.
