      Through this petition, the petitioner has sought an order directing respondents No.1 and 2 to pay Rs.16,18,000/- to the petitioner towards his professional fee. Respondents No.1 and 2 are non-governmental bodies and infact are carrying business of mobile service in Pakistan, although the petitioner has also impleaded Pakistan Tele-Communication Authority Islamabad as respondent No.3, however, neither has any relief been sought by the petitioner against the respondent No.3, nor the petitioner has been able to establish that he has any privity of contract with respondent No.3 and that the said respondent, in any way, has any concern with the matter. In these circumstances, we would dismiss the petition alongwith the pending application as not maintainable.
